Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer one flat rate for all domestic orders:

Flat Rate Ground Shipping: $7.99

This rate applies to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories.

International Shipping (Canada)

We currently ship internationally to Canada only. We do not ship to any other countries at this time.

Shipping rates to Canada are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and destination. Your exact rate is shown before you complete your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected at checkout.

These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are billed separately, typically before delivery. Kirk McCullough Enterprises LLC (Cut Down Duck Calls) has no control over these fees and cannot predict or refund them. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Orders refused at delivery due to unpaid customs charges may be returned to us, and any return shipping costs or non-recoverable fees may be deducted from your refund.

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
