Returns Policy

We want you completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're happy to offer returns under the following conditions.

Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be new, unused, and in original condition with all packaging and materials intact.
  • Exclusions: Custom duck calls, engraved products, and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged in shipment.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at kirkmahoo@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the return before sending anything back.
  2. Approval. Once approved, we'll send return instructions and the return address.
  3. Shipping costs. You're responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping service.
  4. Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm approval. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Warranty Policy

Every product from CutDownDuckCalls.com carries a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Coverage

  • Duration: 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Covered: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Not covered: Damage from misuse, improper care, alterations, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.

How to File a Claim

  1. Submit a claim to kirkmahoo@yahoo.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect if you have them.
  2. Evaluation. We'll review the claim and, if covered, send repair or replacement instructions.
  3. Repair or replacement. If a defect is found, we'll repair the product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. Replacements may vary in style and color depending on availability.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Non-defective items may also be exchanged within 14 days, provided they meet the same condition requirements as our return policy.
