Returns & Refund Policy

Kirk McCullough Enterprises LLC (Cut-Down Duck Calls). We stand behind every call we cut and tune.

  • 14 days to request a return on new, unused items
  • 7–10 business days to process your refund once we receive your return

Returns

We want you completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're happy to offer returns under the following conditions.

Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be new, unused, and in original condition with all packaging and materials intact.
  • Exclusions: Custom duck calls, engraved products, and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged in shipment.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at kirkmahoo@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the return before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. Approval. Once approved, we'll send return instructions and the return address.
  3. Shipping costs. You're responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping service.
  4. Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm approval. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Non-defective items may also be exchanged within 14 days, provided they meet the same condition requirements as our return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
