Returns Policy

At CutDownDuckCalls.com, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to offer returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be in new, unused, and original condition, with all packaging and materials intact.
  • Exclusions: Custom duck calls, engraved products, and items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged during shipment.

Return Process:

  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Warranty Policy

All products purchased from CutDownDuckCalls.com come with a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Duration: Our duck calls are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Process:

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange an exchange. Non-defective items may also be exchanged within 30 days, provided they meet the same condition requirements as our return policy.
